KANTONE HOLDING (01059) announced that due to the need for Liao Jialian to devote more time to other affairs, he has decided to resign as a non-executive director of the company and the chairman of the company's Investment Committee. Mr. Liao also resigned from the position of authorized representative of the company as required by Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Starting from January 8, 2025, Du Yanfang will be appointed as an executive director, moving from her current position as a non-executive director. Ms. Du has been appointed as the chairman of the company's Investment Committee and authorized representative, effective from January 8, 2025.
