Sichuan Golden Summit (600678.SH) announced that the company plans to transfer 0.70% equity of Sichuan Kaiwu Information Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Sichuan Kaiwu") held by the company to Beijing Xinshan Digital Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Beijing Xinshan"). After friendly negotiations between both parties, the transfer price for this transaction is set at 205,900 yuan based on Sichuan Kaiwu's registered capital.
