Dalian Sunasia Tourism Holding (600593.SH) announced that the company recently learned through public inquiries that the Chun'an County People's Court will conduct a public auction on the judicial auction network platform Taobao for the properties owned by the company's controlling subsidiary, Chun'an Dabaijing World (Chunan) Cultural Tourism Development Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Chun'an Dabaijing"), including the land and buildings located at Chun'an County Pearl Peninsula A-03-0406 and A-03-01, as well as the ongoing construction projects, and for the property owned by the affiliated company Chun'an Senya Industry Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Chun'an Industry") located at Chun'an County Qiandao Lake Town Pearl Peninsula D-02-02.
