HAITONG UT (01905) released an announcement that the company will publicly issue corporate bonds (first tranche) targeted at professional institutional investors for 2024, referred to as "24 Haitong G1." The total issuance amount is 1 billion yuan, and interest will be paid from January 15, 2024 to January 14, 2025, starting from January 15, 2025.

On January 7th, PRU (02378) spent 4.3013 million pounds to buy back 675,000 shares.
