After soaring 251% at the close of trading yesterday, FuboTV (FUBO.US) continued to rise by over 5% in pre-market trading on Tuesday, reaching $5.39. According to Bloomberg, The Walt Disney Company is planning to merge its Hulu+ live TV business into FuboTV, and the two companies will establish a new joint venture. In this deal, The Walt Disney Company will hold 70% of the new company's shares, while FuboTV will own the remaining shares.
