On January 7th, the China Securities Regulatory Commission issued a notice of filing for overseas issuance and listing for Meixin Ice City Co., Ltd. The company plans to issue up to 73,058,823 shares of overseas listed common stock and list on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

The company intends to issue no more than 73,058,823 shares of overseas listed common stock and list on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. At the same time, 12 shareholders of the company plan to convert a total of 131,264,258 shares of unlisted domestic shares into overseas listed shares and list them for trading on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. It is reported that on January 2, 2024, Meixin Bingcheng first submitted a listing application to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange's main board. On January 1, 2025, the company updated its listing application materials and continued to advance the listing process on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange's main board, with Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Goldman Sachs, and UBS Group as joint sponsors.
