Senba Sensing Technology (300701.SZ) announced that one of the company's actual controllers, Shanghai Tongyi Investment Management Co., Ltd., Tongyi Kangteng No. 8 Private Equity Securities Investment Fund ("Kangteng No. 8"), and Dan Ying's plan plan to collectively reduce their holdings of the company's shares by no more than 7.7059 million shares, or 2.73% of the company's total share capital.
