Zhonghang Electronic Measuring Instruments (300114.SZ) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Shijiazhuang Huayan Traffic Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Shijiazhuang Huayan"), plans to dispose of the land, buildings, and facilities in Luquan Park to revitalize assets and increase asset efficiency. The asset has a book value of 20.90 million RMB and an assessed value of 38.92 million RMB.
Considering that Shijiazhuang Huayan's Intelligent Transportation Industry Park in Luancheng District, Shijiazhuang City, has been completed and put into use, the land, buildings, and attachments in Luquan Park are currently idle. In order to revitalize assets and based on the operating conditions of the past 3 years, Shijiazhuang Huayan plans to dispose of the buildings and attachments in Luquan Park through on-site transactions. This asset disposal is beneficial for improving asset efficiency and will not have a negative impact on the production and operation of Shijiazhuang Huayan.
