XIN YUAN ENT (01748) announced that, effective from January 6, 2025, (i) Liu Weipeng has been appointed as an executive director of the company; (ii) Zhuang Hanhong has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, a member of the company's audit committee, nomination committee and remuneration committee; and (iii) independent non-executive director Wei Shusong has been appointed as the chairman of the company's audit committee.
