Announcement from Guizhou Space Appliance (002025.SZ): On January 6, 2025, the Board of Directors received a written resignation report from the Chairman of the Board, Wang Yuexuan. Wang Yuexuan applied to resign from his positions as a director and Chairman of the 8th Board of Directors of the company due to work adjustments, and also resigned as the Chairman of the Strategic Committee of the 8th Board of Directors. After resigning, Wang Yuexuan will serve as a senior executive in the company.
