AGILE GROUP (03383) announced that the total pre-sale amount of real estate projects managed by the company and its subsidiaries (the Group) including joint ventures and associated companies, and sold under the "Yajule" brand, amounted to RMB 750 million in December 2024, representing a 77.74% decrease compared to the previous year. The corresponding total construction area was 58,000 square meters, with an average price of RMB 12,847 per square meter. For the 12 months ending December 31, 2024, the total pre-sale amount of the Group, including joint ventures and associated companies, and Yajule projects, amounted to RMB 15.51 billion, a decrease of 65.76% compared to the previous year. The corresponding total construction area was 1.161 million square meters, with an average price of RMB 13,359 per square meter.
