Huaan (600909.SH) announced that the Board of Directors has received a written resignation letter from Gong Shengxi, an employee director and Chief Financial Officer of the company. Gong Shengxi resigned from his positions as an employee director of the fourth session of the Board of Directors, a member of the Board's Strategic and Sustainable Development Committee, and the company's CFO due to personal retirement reasons.
