SHISHI SERVICES (08181) announced that on January 6, 2025, the seller, Zhenhong Investment Limited (an indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company), the buyer, Yian (Group) Limited, and the agent have entered into a preliminary agreement for the sale and purchase of the property, with a cash consideration of HK$17 million. It is understood that the property is a factory unit on the 1st floor A1 of Phase 1 of Hang Fung Industrial Building, 2G Ho Garden Street, Kowloon, Hong Kong.

Chairman Huang Zhixiang increased his holding of Sino Land (00083) by 22,000 shares, with an average price of approximately HKD 7.83 per share.

JP Morgan increased its holdings in ASMPT (00522) by approximately 82,500 shares, at a price of about HK$74.01 per share.
