Ningbo Jifeng Auto Parts (603997.SH) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Jifeng Seat (Changzhou) has recently received a "Supplier Pointing Intention Letter" from a certain new energy automotive OEM (due to confidentiality agreement, the name cannot be disclosed). Jifeng Seat (Changzhou) has been designated as the supplier for two seat assembly projects for the customer, and will develop and produce seat assembly products for them.
According to the customer's plan, the two projects are expected to start mass production in April 2026 and May 2026 respectively, with a project lifecycle of 3 years each. The total estimated amount for the lifecycle of both projects is 3.1 billion RMB.
