Baotailong New Materials (601011.SH) announced that its subsidiary, Qitaihe Baotailong New Materials Mining Co., Ltd., has recently received a notice from the Xinxing District People's Government of Qitaihe City, Heilongjiang Province, entitled "Notice of Permitting Qitaihe Baotailong New Materials Mining Co., Ltd. to Resume Production of Mine Five" (Xin Zheng Fa [2025] No. 1), approving the resumption of production of Mine Five by the subsidiary Qitaihe Baotailong New Materials Mining Co., Ltd. ("Baotailong New Materials Mining Company Mine Five").
