In 2024, there were 79,073 building transfer agreements (a decrease of 8.5% compared to 2023 and 8.0% compared to 2022). The total value of building transfer agreements in 2024 was 485.34 billion Hong Kong dollars (a decrease of 17.7% compared to 2023 and 29.8% compared to 2022). The number of searches conducted by citizens in 2024 totaled 4,422,060 times (a decrease of 3.5% compared to 2023 and 9.4% compared to 2022).
