KEYNE LTD (00009) announced that the People's Court of Hunan Province, People's Republic of China (the Court) issued the on October 25, 2024 (2024) Xiang03 Po Shen 26, ruling to accept the bankruptcy application of Hunan Jiuhua Oriental Hotel Co., Ltd. (Hunan Oriental Hotel), an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, and appointed Hunan Renhe Ren Law Firm as the administrator on November 8, 2024 (2024) Xiang03 Po Shen 16-1 . The Board of Directors believes that the subsidiary will obtain a platform to reorganize its existing debts with related creditors (bankruptcy reorganization). The Court has scheduled the first creditors' meeting of the bankruptcy liquidation case of Hunan Jiuhua Oriental Hotel Co., Ltd. to be held on February 25, 2025 at 9:30 a.m.
