("Zhongtai Group"), plans to transfer 14.3793 million shares of Xinjiang Zhongtai Chemical currently held by its wholly-owned subsidiary, Xinjiang Zhongtai Capital Management Co., Ltd. ("Zhongtai Capital"), to Zhongtai Group at no cost. The proposed transfer accounts for 0.56% of the total share capital of the company.
