KIDSLAND INTL (02122), Asian Glory, and Libao sign a loan capitalization agreement.

KIDSLAND INTL (02122) announced that on December 27, 2024, the company, Asian Glory, and Li Bao entered into a loan capitalization agreement. Under this agreement, the parties agree that the 1 billion Hong Kong dollars loan provided by Li Bao will be converted into (a) 305,914,286 capitalization ordinary shares and (b) 1,122,657,143 capitalization convertible preferred shares to be paid to Asian Glory at an issue price of 0.07 Hong Kong dollars.
