TCL Zhonghuan Renewable Energy Technology (002129.SZ) plans to acquire 24.64% of the equity of Zhonghuan Crystal for 1.8 billion yuan, increasing its stake to 83.96%.

TCL Zhonghuan Renewable Energy Technology (002129.SZ) announced that the company and its controlling subsidiary Inner Mongolia Zhonghuan Crystal Materials Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Zhonghuan Crystal") shareholders have friendly negotiations. They intend to sign equity transfer agreements with CICC Financial Assets Investment Co., Ltd. (referred to as "CICC Investment") and China Construction Bank Financial Assets Investment Co., Ltd. (referred to as "CCB Investment"), respectively, to acquire 13.69% of Zhonghuan Crystal's equity held by CICC Investment and 10.95% of Zhonghuan Crystal's equity held by CCB Investment, with equity transfer prices of 1 billion RMB and 800 million RMB, respectively. After this transaction is completed, the company will directly and indirectly hold 83.96% of Zhonghuan Crystal's equity, and the scope of the company's consolidation will not change.
