HUANENG POWER (00902) has announced that its Chief Accountant, Zhu Daqing, has submitted a written resignation report to the Board of Directors due to a job transfer, in accordance with relevant regulations, applying to no longer serve as the company's Chief Accountant. His resignation will take effect from the date of the report's delivery to the Board on December 27, 2024. After resigning, Zhu Daqing will no longer hold any positions in the company or its subsidiaries. Before a new Chief Accountant is appointed, the duties of the Chief Accountant will be temporarily carried out by the company's Directors and General Manager, Huang Lixin.
