The announcement revealed that since the company acquired controlling interest in Changxinsheng, Changxinsheng's business operations have been good with steady development. The optical communication industry in which Changxinsheng operates has been positively influenced by factors such as artificial intelligence, data center computing power enhancement, and network iteration upgrades. The downstream industries of data centers, consumer markets, and industrial interconnectivity have shown promising development trends leading to increased sales and profitability. Upon completion of this transaction, the company's ownership stake in Changxinsheng will increase to 60.45%, enhancing the company's control over Changxinsheng and enabling further integration of resources and strengths between the two companies to maximize overall value.
