The downstream industries of data centers, consumer markets, and industrial interconnectivity have shown promising development trends leading to increased sales and profitability. Upon completion of this transaction, the company's ownership stake in Changxinsheng will increase to 60.45%, enhancing the company's control over Changxinsheng and enabling further integration of resources and strengths between the two companies to maximize overall value.
