China Pacific Insurance (02601) announced that recently, China Taiping Life Insurance (a subsidiary controlled by the company) received the approval of the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission for Zhao Yonggang, Chairman of China Taiping Life Insurance Company Limited, to hold the position of Chairman. The regulatory commission has approved Zhao Yonggang to serve as the Chairman of China Taiping Life Insurance. Zhao Yonggang's appointment as Chairman of China Taiping Life Insurance will be effective from December 24, 2024.
