ZJAMP Group (002758.SZ) announced that it plans to repurchase company shares worth 100 million to 200 million RMB. Recently, the company has obtained a loan commitment letter from CITIC BANK Hangzhou Branch, with a loan amount of up to 1.1 billion RMB, a loan term of up to 36 months, and the loan purpose specifically for the repurchase of the listed company's shares.
