PALINDA GROUP (08179) announced that due to insufficient resources to handle the audit matters for the financial year ending on December 31, 2024, PRIVATCO CPA LIMITED (PRIVATCO) has resigned from the position of company auditor, effective from December 27, 2024. Based on the recommendation of the audit committee, Zhengzheng Tianheng Certified Public Accountants Co., Ltd. (Zhengzheng Tianheng) has been appointed as the company auditor, effective from December 27, 2024, to fill the temporary vacancy left by PRIVATCO's resignation. The term will last until the end of the next annual general meeting of shareholders.
