TAI KAM HLDGS (08321) announced that Privatco CPA Limited has resigned as the company's auditor, effective from December 27, 2024, due to a lack of appropriate professional resources to handle the audit of the group's financial statements for the fiscal year ending on April 30, 2025. Following the recommendation of the company's audit committee, the board has decided to appoint Zhong Zheng Tianheng Certified Public Accountants Co., Ltd. as the new auditor, effective from December 27, 2024, to fill the temporary vacancy left by Privatco's resignation.
