Citic Heavy Industries (601608.SH) announced that the board of directors recently received the resignation letter from the company's chief financial officer, Wang Qingchun. Due to a job transfer and appointment elsewhere, Wang Qingchun has applied to resign from the position of chief financial officer of the company. After resigning, he will no longer hold any positions within the company or its subsidiaries.

Pharmaron Beijing (03759) obtained a total of approximately 40.92 million shares pledged by the actual controller and its concerted action person, and released the pledge of 53.52 million shares of the company.
