On December 27th, the Shanghai Stock Exchange announced that it will waive the initial listing fees and annual fees for existing and new listed companies on the Shanghai market in 2025. From July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2026, the trading unit usage fee will be reduced from the original 45,000 yuan per trading unit per year to 30,000 yuan per trading unit per year. The billing period, exemption policies, and calculation methods will remain unchanged.
