China Resources Land (01109) announces that Mr. Dou Jian has resigned from his positions as non-executive director and member of the Corporate Governance Committee of the company effective from December 27, 2024, due to other work arrangements.

Explosives Co., Ltd. (002096.SZ) won a commercial and service land project, which will be used for the Green Civil Explosives Innovation Development Center project.

Shenzhen Expressway Corporation(600548.SH): The toll revenue for the Outer Ring Project in November is approximately 1 billion yuan.
