Henan Lantian Gas (605368.SH) announcement, in line with the principles of resource sharing, complementary advantages, and win-win cooperation, to jointly help Henan Province build a province-wide natural gas network and integrate the town gas pipelines with the "one city, one enterprise" project, promote further development for all parties involved, the company plans to jointly establish Henan Huirong Gas Acquisition Industrial Investment Fund Limited Partnership (tentatively named, subject to final approval from the relevant authorities, hereinafter referred to as the "acquisition fund") with Henan Huirong Asset Private Equity Fund Management Co., Ltd. (referred to as the "Fund Company") and Henan Gas Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as the "Gas Group"). In this operation, all partners will collectively subscribe and contribute a total of 1 billion RMB in cash to establish the acquisition fund, with the Fund Company contributing 2 million RMB, the Gas Group contributing 698 million RMB, and the company contributing 300 million RMB.
