Huaxin Cement (600801.SH) announced that its controlling wholly-owned subsidiary Yunnan Huaxin Dongjun Cement Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Dongjun Cement") and Yunnan State-owned Cement Kunming Co., Ltd. (referred to as "State-owned Kunming") will transfer their land use rights, buildings and structures, attachments, machinery and equipment, and other non-current assets to Changshui Street Office of Guandu District People's Government in Kunming City, Yunnan Province for a compensation price of 850 million yuan. The proceeds from the sale of these assets will be used as general operating funds for the group.
