CITIC (00267) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Jiangyin Xingcheng Special Steel Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Xingcheng Special Steel"), plans to provide a guarantee of 1.65 billion RMB to its subsidiary Shanghai Zhongte Taifu Steel Pipe Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Taifu Steel Pipe").
