Shenzhen Capchem Technology (300037.SZ) announced that the company plans to use its holding subsidiary Sanming Haesfu Chemical Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Haesfu") as the main implementer of the project to invest and build the Sanming Haesfu Fluorine New Materials Research Center project in Nan Shan, Shangfang Village, Chengguan Township, Mingxi County, Sanming City, Fujian Province. The total planned investment for the project is not more than 150 million RMB, with a construction period of 20 months, and a project land area of approximately 25.87 acres.
The announcement shows that the subsidiary Haesfu's investment in this project can meet the future development needs for innovative high value-added products of the company's organic fluorine chemical business unit, and is beneficial for the company to optimize resource allocation and promote the stable and sustainable development of the organic fluorine chemical business unit.
