Announcement from Jiangsu Wuyang Automation Control Technology (300420.SZ): the company plans to acquire 9% equity (unpaid capital) of Shenzhen Youdian Energy Storage Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Shenzhen Youdian") held by Shenzhen Weichuang Huafu Investment Enterprise (Limited Partnership) at a cost of 0 RMB. After completing the relevant business registration procedures, Jiangsu Wuyang Automation Control Technology will invest 4.5 million RMB according to the proportion of the target company's registered capital.
