Shanghai Bolex Food Technology (603170.SH) announced that the shareholder Shanghai Houxu Asset Management Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Shanghai Houxu") holding more than 5% of the company's shares plans to reduce its total shareholding by a maximum of 12,000,300 shares, which is not more than 3% of the company's total share capital.
