Between December 13, 2024 and December 25, 2024, Ms. Guo Beihua reduced her shareholding in the company by 5,249,900 shares, accounting for 1.29% of the total share capital of the company. With this share reduction plan halfway completed, Ms. Guo Beihua's shareholding has decreased from 32.71% to 31.42%.
