Jilin Quanyangquan (600189.SH) announced that on December 10, 2024, its holding subsidiary Jilin Sengong Group Jilin Quanyangquan Beverage Co., Ltd. participated and successfully bid for the exploration rights of Shengshui Spring in Fushun County, Baishan City. The transaction result was announced and the public notice period ended on December 24, 2024. On December 26, 2024, the company's holding subsidiary Jilin Sengong Group Jilin Quanyangquan Beverage Co., Ltd. signed an "Exploration Rights Transfer Contract" with the Natural Resources Bureau of Baishan City, Jilin Province. The initial registration period of the exploration rights is 5 years, and it can be extended according to regulations, with each extension lasting 5 years. The transaction price for the exploration rights was 25,600 RMB. This time, the company's holding subsidiary Jilin Sengong Group Jilin Quanyangquan Beverage Co., Ltd. acquired the exploration rights of Shengshui Spring natural mineral water in Fushun County, Jilin Province through public bidding. According to the Fushun County People's Government's document on "Hundred Days of Investment Attraction and Listing Investment in 2021" (Fuzheng Banfa [2021] No. 1), Shengshui Spring has a resource capacity of producing 2 million tons of mineral water annually, with the specific amount to be determined after exploration.
