According to the reply, the company's proprietary business participating in carbon emissions trading on legitimate trading venues in China should strictly follow relevant requirements of the proprietary business, comply with national laws, regulations, administrative regulations, and relevant regulatory systems, and calculate the risk capital reserves based on 30% of the nominal amount of carbon emissions allowances held.
