Chairman Huang Kexing resigns from Tsingtao Brewery (600600.SH)

Tsingtao Brewery (600600.SH) announced that the Chairman of the company, Huang Kexing, has reached retirement age and has submitted a written request to the Board of Directors to resign from the position of Chairman, Executive Director, and Chairman of the Board's Strategic and Investment Committee ("Strategic Committee"). After resigning, Huang Kexing will no longer hold any position in the company or its subsidiaries.
