Recently, the Comprehensive Planning Department of the Ministry of Transport released the economic operation of transportation in November. In November, the overall economic operation of transportation continued to improve, with main indicators such as freight volume and port cargo throughput showing continued growth compared to the same period last year, and inter-regional passenger flow maintained growth. The operational freight volume reached 50.9 billion tons, a year-on-year increase of 4.2%, with a growth rate higher by 0.3 percentage points compared to the previous month. Among them, the completion of road freight volume was 37.4 billion tons, a year-on-year increase of 3.7%; the completion of waterway freight volume was 8.9 billion tons, a year-on-year increase of 5.2%.
