Autek China Inc. (300595.SZ) announced that Nanjing Autek Information Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Nanjing Autek"), which holds 1.23 billion shares of the company (representing 13.69% of the total share capital), plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by a total of no more than 26.90 million shares within three months after the announcement date, starting from fifteen trading days later, through either centralized bidding or block trading, i.e. not exceeding 3% of the total share capital of the company. Among them, the total number of shares to be reduced through centralized bidding shall not exceed 1% of the total share capital of the company, and the total number of shares to be reduced through block trading shall not exceed 2% of the total share capital of the company.
