YIDA CHINA (03639) announced that Roson & Co., Certified Public Accountants has resigned as the company's auditor, effective from December 24, 2024. After considering the recommendation of the Company's Audit Committee, the Board of Directors has decided to appoint Kaichun & Co., Certified Public Accountants Limited as the new auditor of the Company, effective from December 24, 2024, to fill the temporary vacancy left by the resignation of Roson & Co., with a term until the end of the next annual general meeting of shareholders.
