UNI-BIO GROUP (00690) subsidiary enters into property lease agreement

UNI-BIO GROUP (00690) announced that on December 24, 2024, its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary Huashengyuan (as lessee) entered into a lease agreement with Shenzhen Tongchuang (as lessor) for the property lease. The lease term is from January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2026 (including both dates), for a total of two years. The property will be used for several production facilities of the group. The property consists of the ground floor, second floor, fourth floor, including the rooftop, and a portion of the third floor of the building located on Huashengyuan's land, with a total area of 5685.47 square meters. It will be used for production workshops, warehouse, and office purposes.
