JX ENERGY (03395) announced that effective from December 24, 2024: Mr. Larry Grant Smith has resigned from his positions as Independent Non-Executive Director, Chairman and member of the Remuneration Committee, and member of the Audit and Risk Committee and Nomination Committee; Mr. Hung Ka Hei has resigned from his positions as Independent Non-Executive Director, Chairman and member of the Audit and Risk Committee, and member of the Nomination Committee. Ms. Du Jie Wen has been appointed as Independent Non-Executive Director, Chairman and member of the Audit and Risk Committee, and member of the Nomination Committee; Ms. Wei Jia has been appointed as Independent Non-Executive Director, Chairman and member of the Remuneration Committee, and member of the Audit and Risk Committee and Nomination Committee.
