On the news front, recently, OOIL's subsidiary Orient Overseas Container Line announced the launch of a new route, CHL2, connecting China and Thailand, with the aim of strengthening the connection between the two countries. This is expected to further optimize OOCL's network between East China, South China, and Thailand, providing customers with competitive transportation time and enhancing the reliability of the CHL series routes.
The new route will set sail from Shanghai on January 10 next year, stopping in sequence at Shanghai, Ningbo, Xiamen, Nansha, Laem Chabang, and Shekou, before returning to Shanghai.
