(WMT) and Branch Messenger, accusing them of forcing delivery drivers to use expensive deposit accounts to receive payment and deceiving workers. The agency said in a statement that the two companies opened Branch accounts for Spark drivers. Walmart Inc. then deposited the drivers' wages into these accounts without their consent.
