GF SEC (01776) announced that the company (hereinafter referred to as the "issuer") has obtained the approval for registration from the China Securities Regulatory Commission with the document number [2024] 1010 to publicly issue corporate bonds with a total face value not exceeding 20 billion yuan to professional institutional investors. GF SEC Limited will publicly issue corporate bonds (sixth tranche) targeting professional investors in 2024, under the approval of the third tranche of the aforementioned registration, with a planned issuance size not exceeding 5 billion yuan.
On December 20, 2024, the issuer and the lead underwriter conducted a quotation of the face interest rate to professional institutional investors in the off-exchange market, with a range of 1.50%-2.50%. Based on the results of the quotation to professional institutional investors, the issuer and the bookrunner agreed within the quoted interest rate range, and finally determined the face interest rate for this tranche of bonds (bond abbreviation: "24 GF14", bond code: 524084) to be 1.80%.
