Guangdong Shenling Environmental Systems (301018.SZ) announced that the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller Mr. Cui Yingqi and his concerted action party Guangdong Shenling Investment Co., Ltd. ("Shenling Investment") plan to transfer a total of 13.31 million shares of the company to Mr. Zhang Yu through agreement, accounting for 5.0028% of the total share capital of the company. The total transfer price for the shares is RMB 318 million.
