Beijing YJK Building Software (300935.SZ) announced that, based on strategic planning and business development needs, the company has established a wholly-owned subsidiary, Beijing YJK Building Software (Hong Kong) Digital Technology Limited (hereinafter referred to as the Hong Kong subsidiary), with 500,000 Hong Kong dollars in self-owned funds in Hong Kong. Recently, the company has completed the registration procedures for the Hong Kong subsidiary and obtained the "Certificate of Incorporation" and "Business Registration Certificate" issued by the local administrative authority.
This external investment to establish a wholly-owned subsidiary in Hong Kong is based on the company's strategic planning and business development needs.
