Jiangsu Yueda Investment (600805.SH) announced that in order to support the development of Yancheng Yuexiang New Energy Development Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Yuexiang New Energy Company") in building a 70MW fishery and light complement project and accelerate its transformation and upgrading pace, its wholly owned subsidiary Jiangsu Yueda Low Carbon Technology Development Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Yueda Low Carbon Company") and Jiangsu Yueda Entrepreneurship Investment Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Yueda Entrepreneurship Investment Company") have jointly increased their investment in Yuexiang New Energy Company by 50 million yuan.
Yuexiang New Energy Company plans to invest in and build a fishery and light complement project in Xiangshui County, Yancheng, with a total installed capacity of approximately 70MW, and a total investment amount of approximately 272 million yuan. The project will be funded by 20% of self-raised funds and 80% by bank financing.
